Refund policy

At Paloma Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30 days return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.


ELIGIBLE ITEMS

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn with all tags and labels intact, exactly as it was received. Items that have been resized or altered at the customer's request are not eligible for return.



RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@palomadiamonds.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s) to us.



RETURN SHIPPING

Return Must be done via Fedex Services.
As for now, we can accept returns for orders made in the US only.



REFUNDS

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If eligible, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.



RESIZES

We will be happy to resize the ring you bought from us. The price for ring resizing starts at 50$ and depends on the type of the ring. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Ring Resizing can be done just for rings ordered in US only.



EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.




NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered at the customer's request are not eligible for return.



CHANGES TO THE RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
